Declaration of consent for making contact

Yes, I agree to receive advertising and marketing material including promotional messages about CLAAS products and services from CLAAS[1] at the telephone number or other means of contact that I provided, through the following channels:

I agree that I may receive such advertising and marketing measures including promotional messages from an automated system for the selection or dialing of telephone numbers, the playing of a recorded message when a connection is completed to a number called, or the transmission of a prerecorded voicemail. My data as mentioned above as well as company data, machine data, personal identification data, contact data, information and analyses about interests, user behavior and services used can be processed for this purpose. My consent also includes advertising communication for agricultural engineering products from third-party providers (e.g. tillage equipment, fertilization, application equipment, precision planting technology, spraying, farm management software) which are distributed by CLAAS.

My consent is voluntary, I acknowledge that I am not required directly, or indirectly, to consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. I can change or withdraw my consent informally and without providing reasons with future effect (e.g. by sending an email to privacy.coa@claas.com).
